Job summary

Hei Hotels Inc. is seeking a capable Stewarding/Outlets assistant to support the Stewarding Supervisor and Restaurant Outlets in cleaning and organizing Food and Beverage areas.

The role requires physical stamina to handle heavy ware and high activity while maintaining cleanliness and organization across stations. Responsibilities include washing, de-tarnishing, and polishing items, and assisting cooks and staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to push/pull carts up to 150 pounds.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled ware for dish or pot machines.
• Wash ware and store properly in designated areas.
• Keep dish machine cleaned and filled per hotel standards.
• De-tarnish and polish silverware for proper appearance.
• Assist with other job-related duties as assigned.

NoOverviewAssist Stewarding Supervisor and Restaurant Outlets in the cleaning and organizing of the Food and Beverage Outlets.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Promptly and carefully sort soiled ware so that it can be put through the dish or pot machine properly.
