UnCruise Adventures seeks a dedicated Steward to provide exceptional guest service, dining room management, cabin cleaning, and occasional galley support aboard our vessels.
You’ll work in a fast-paced, guest-oriented environment with rotating schedules (6–8 weeks sailing, 2–3 weeks off), live in close quarters with crew, and complete safety training. Alaska-specific certifications (Alcohol Server Permit, CPR/First Aid) are required or pursued on board.
At UnCruise Adventures, we work together to provide an enriching adventure experience while inspiring an appreciation of local cultures and the natural world. This means we kayak among icebergs, travel to hidden waterfalls, snorkel with sea lions, dive with manta rays, and share air with whales. Our destinations include Alaska, the Hawaiian Islands, Mexico’s Sea of Cortes, and Costa Rica.

Room and board when scheduled

The Steward is a multi-talented and hard-working position. Main job responsibilities include serving meals, cleaning guest cabins and interior public spaces, assisting with bartending/cocktail service, and occasional galley duties. This is an extremely guest service focused position and requires a pleasant and accommodating demeanor at all times. The steward role is physically demanding and mentally challenging. The right candidate for this role will be able to constantly adapt to new situations while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Participate in on board safety training, meetings, and drills as directed by the Captain. These include fire, abandon ship, man overboard, flooding, medical emergencies, and bear safety.
Pay Range
$131 - $131 USD
