Six Flags Entertainment Corporation, Knott’s Berry Farm in Buena Park, CA, is seeking a Steward responsible for accepting deliveries, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and supporting kitchen operations. The Steward ensures food safety, inventory, and equipment readiness.

The role involves receiving and verifying deliveries, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, and assisting with inventory and equipment upkeep. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required as needed to support a busy park kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Accept deliveries and route food, beverages, and supplies to designated areas.
• Ensure equipment and dishes are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use.
• Sanitize food prep surfaces to meet health regulations.
• Assist kitchen managers with inventory organization and ordering needs.
• Receive, unpack, and verify all deliveries for accuracy.
• Mop, sweep, and clean floors; empty trash cans; replace liners.
• Maintain ovens, refrigerators, mixers, and cooking equipment in working order.
• Assist chefs and cooks by washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients.
• Drive and operate vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment; work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
