Job summary

Loews Arlington Hotel is seeking a detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to maintain spotless public spaces and assist guests with information about hotel facilities.

You'll work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, ensuring lobbies, restrooms, elevators, and stairwells remain pristine. A proactive team player with basic English skills is preferred, and prior hotel experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a cleaning role preferred.
• Previous hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Basic English skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain immaculate public spaces: lobbies, restrooms, elevators, and stairwells.
• Stock and organize housekeeping supplies and ensure storerooms are neat and secure.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to keep the property in top condition.
• Assist guests with accurate information about hotel facilities and services.
• Attend departmental meetings and collaborate with your team to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Uphold OSHA safety protocols and hotel standards.
