Job summary

For Our Future Wisconsin seeks motivated Canvass Managers for a paid canvassing program in Stevens Point. You will oversee regional field plans and supervise paid canvasser operations, in line with health and safety protocols, and with travel in the region.

This in‑person role requires familiarity with the area, door‑to‑door experience, long hours, and reliable transportation. Position runs through at least November 2026.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 cycles of paid field campaign or other door‑to‑door canvassing experience.
• Commitment to building power in the progressive movement.
• Knowledge of Votebuilder/VAN/LAN preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and Excel proficiency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train canvassers, launch events, and supervise teams per health and safety guidelines.
• Lead door‑to‑door outreach for local and statewide campaigns in assigned regions.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals, with timely reporting and data entry.
• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed in all activities.
• Recruit, schedule, and confirm canvassers; deliver training as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
