For Our Future Action Fund seeks a Canvass Manager for Eau Claire, WI. This full-time exempt role supervises paid canvasser operations in the region, ensuring health protocols and timely reporting. Requires prior door-to-door canvassing experience and reliable transportation.

The position reports to the Regional Director - Wisconsin and involves extensive community outreach, delivering training, and meeting campaign goals with long or irregular hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in paid field campaigns or door-to-door canvassing.
• Ability to work long hours and travel across Eau Claire.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Commitment to building power in the progressive movement.
• Bilingual experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train canvassers, launch events, and supervise a team per health guidelines.
• Front-line voter outreach including regular door-to-door canvassing.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly goals.
• Ensure accurate reporting and timely data entry for the region.
• Enforce health and safety protocols and procedures.
• Recruit, schedule, and confirm canvassers; assist with training programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
