Job summary

RENOVO Solutions is a nationwide healthcare technology management company supplying field service for sterilization devices across hospital networks. The Medical Sterilizer Specialist will troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and inspect sterilization equipment to ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires extensive Steris device experience, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to travel regionally within the greater Houston area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with clinical biomedical equipment, especially sterilization devices.
• Proficient with electromechanical and computerized biomedical devices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair sterile processing equipment per manufacturer specs and hospital standards.
• Perform inspections, calibrations, and safety checks on sterilization devices.
• Maintain accurate service records in CMMS (RenovoLive) and coordinate with on-site facilities staff.
• Travel between Memorial Hermann facilities in the greater Houston, TX area for field service.
• Support team and supervisors on-site as needed.
