Leone and Vaughn Orthodontics is looking for a full-time Sterilization Technician to join our well-established practice in Seattle, WA!
This is a perfect position in which you can start your orthodontic career!
$20 - 22/hr.

About the role:
The
Sterilization Technician is a key member of the clinical team, accountable for sterilization, setting up the operatories, occasional minor lab work.
What you will be doing - key responsibilities:
- Facilitate patient flow by cleaning and resetting clinic chairs as efficiently as possible.
- Maintain sterilization log.
- Follow a monthly maintenance schedule.
- Regularly inspect the clinic (including the brushing stations) and make sure all areas are clean, organized and stocked.
- Be available to throw away, disinfect or replace anything that has fallen on the floor.
- Disposal of garbage as needed.
- Consistently keep sterilization process moving, as the flow of instruments doesn’t stop.
- Actively participate in staff meetings.
- Work cooperatively with fellow team members.
- Other duties as assigned.

What you bring – qualifications:
- Experience within a dental/medical clinical setting is an asset, but not required.
- Students encouraged to apply! Willing to train the ideal candidate!
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.
- Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
