Job summary

White House Clinics is seeking a part-time Sterilization Technician to support the dental team in instrument preparation, disinfection, and sterilization. You will manage instrument turnover, sanitize operatories, and assist with inventory and records to ensure patient care runs smoothly.

The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to infection control policies, and teamwork in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Some high school completed.
• No experience required.
• Proficient in operating sterilization equipment and following guidelines.
• Able to stand for extended periods and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Set up instrumentation in operatories prior to patient appointments and break down afterward.
• Operate disinfection (ultrasonic) and sterilization equipment (autoclave).
• Maintain inventory of instruments and supplies and ensure proper storage.
• Keep sterilization logs and equipment maintenance records.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic environment and communicate with the Dental Team Leader.
