Wilmington-Holistic-Dentistry seeks a reliable Sterilization Assistant to uphold infection control and keep instruments, operatories, and equipment sterile. You will work closely with our dental team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical area.

The role requires at least 1 year in a dental or healthcare setting, CPR certification, and recommended familiarity with Dentrix or similar software; we offer a Monday-Thursday schedule with competitive benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of dental or healthcare sterilization experience required.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinic with attention to detail.
• CPR certification current or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to OSHA and CDC guidelines.
• Maintain and organize sterilization and instrument processing areas.
• Monitor and document sterilization cycles.
• Restock operatories with sterilized instruments and supplies.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment.
• Support dental assistants and providers to ensure efficient patient flow.
