Job summary

Pride Health is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to ensure the safe sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment. Duties:

Operate autoclaves and other sterilization equipment to sterilize instruments.

Inspect instruments for damage, functionality, and cleanliness after sterilization.

Understands all detergents and disinfectants used to process items. Implements both Universal Precautions and proper use of P.P.E.

Adheres to correct use of computerized instrument count sheets.
