Jobtailor is seeking a dental sterilization technician to sterilize instruments, manage instrument cassettes, and track items through cleaning stages using scanning tech in a fast-paced clinic.

The role requires a High School Diploma, CRCST certification, at least 1 year of related experience, and proficiency with computers; you will support office staff and maintain records in a busy dental environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of related experience is required.
• Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) is required.
• Familiarity with dental instruments.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, hectic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with computers.

Responsibilities

• Sterilize dental instruments including instrument cassettes, bur blocks, endo file boxes, and handpieces.
• Track dental instruments through all phases of the cleaning and sterilization process using scanning technology.
• Perform routine maintenance on a variety of dental equipment.
• Operate disinfection and sterilization equipment.
• Troubleshoot error messages and perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates smoothly.
• Maintain files and records and provide support to clinic office staff.
