Job summary

CHOICE Healthcare Services is seeking a Sterilization Technician to prepare, sterilize, install and clean dental equipment, supporting clinicians throughout daily procedures.

You will clean instruments, assist RDAs and DAs, and help dentists during surgeries by providing instruments and maintaining a sterile operatory. Valid Infection Control Certification or related experience preferred; BLS certification required.

Qualifications

• Valid Infection Control Certification or 3+ months related experience/training.
• BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sterilizes all instruments, operatories and areas used in procedures.
• Acts as support staff to RDAs and DAs.
• Assists dentists by providing instruments during surgery and using suction.

Sterlization Technician

Summary: The Sterilization Technician prepares, sterilizes, installs and cleans laboratory or healthcare equipment.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Cleans and sterilizes all instruments, operatories and areas that were used in procedures during the day

• Acts as support staff to the RDAs and DAs
• Assists dentists by providing instruments during surgery and using suction to clear the patients mouth

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

• Valid Infections Control Certificate OR 3+months related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience
