Job summary

Town Center Dental in LaGrange is seeking a motivated, dependable Sterilization Technician. No dental experience is required; we will train the right candidate to learn infection control, sterilization, and instrument turnover in a growing practice.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and equipment.
• Monitor sterilization processes and maintain accurate records.
• Stock treatment rooms and clinical areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
• Assist the clinical team with instrument turnover between patients.
• Follow OSHA, CDC, and infection control standards.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation

• $18-$22 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and equipment
• Monitor sterilization processes and maintain accurate records
• Stock treatment rooms and clinical areas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
• Assist the clinical team with instrument turnover between patients
• Follow OSHA, CDC, and infection control standards
• Support the team with various administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
