Job summary

North Creek Dental Care is seeking a Sterilization Assistant to support our fast-paced, patient-centered practice. You will sterilize instruments, prepare treatment rooms, turnover operatories, and maintain organized sterilization and supply areas.

You will assist clinicians and help maintain a clean, safe environment. No prior dental experience required; we will train the right person who is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Sterilize and process dental instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines.
• Prepare and stock treatment rooms before each patient.
• Turn over operatories efficiently between appointments.
• Maintain an organized sterilization area and clinical supply inventory.
• Ensure instruments and equipment are ready to support the clinical team throughout the day.
• Assist doctors, hygienists, and dental assistants as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our patients and team.
• Follow all infection control and safety protocols.
