Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required with preferably some technical or college education.
• Two to four years of experience in operation of equipment and inventory management is desirable.
• Able to operate material handling equipment and manage inventory.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills are required.
• Must be a self-starter with good logic and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operates sterilization process and ancillary equipment.
• Moves material through all steps of the sterilization process.
• Documents steps in JD Edwards and Mfg Pro systems.
• Supervises chemical inventory and handles hazardous chemicals to process equipment.
• Assists with monthly reports and training of other sterilization personnel.
