Job summary

BD in Broken Bow, Nebraska, is seeking a Cobalt Sterilization Operator to support load/unload of sterilization and palletizing processes. You will operate forklifts, assist with sterilizer maintenance, and ensure accurate Run Sheets and inventory as part of a high‑speed manufacturing line.

Required High school education and GMP experience, with ability to read/write English. Must be a licensed forklift operator and able to follow safety and quality procedures in a team environment.

• Matches Run Sheet pallet tracers and product count.
• Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Operates forklift, pallet mover and stretch-wrap equipment safely.
