Job summary

BD, a leading medical technology company, is seeking a hands-on team member for its USA NE - Broken Bow facility. The role focuses on molding operations, material handling, and maintaining cleanliness while following safety and quality standards.

You will operate a forklift, transport materials, and support inventory control across shifts. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Must possess a forklift operator's license or be willing to obtain certification.
• Ability to read, write and converse in English.
• Willing to uphold BD Values and safety regulations.
• Comply with BD quality systems and standard processes; follow local, state and federal policies.
• Medium work: 20–50 lbs occasionally, 10–25 lbs frequently, up to 10 lbs constantly.
• Company-paid drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Handle all stacking, corrugated case construction and operate presses as required by production volume.
• Move and stack production pallets; transport materials between areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the molding department and report hazards.
• Ensure safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices are followed.
• Record waste and assist with inventory control; transport materials to staging and warehouses.
• Operate forklift safely and cooperate across shifts and teams to meet goals.
