Job summary

Smile Doctors is seeking a Sterilization and Lab Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll clean and prepare equipment, provide patient care instructions, and assist in marketing and community events. A High School Diploma is required, and some dental industry experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Some dental/orthodontic industry experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sterilize, and prepare the equipment and working areas.
• Keep chairs clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provides patient care instructions.
• Perform laboratory procedures under supervision of the Orthodontist.
• Upload records to patient software.
• Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events.
