Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of related experience or a combination of military education, specialized training certificates, and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete repair service work and preventive maintenance on sterilizers, washers, and ultrasonic cleaners.
• Resolve issues with medical equipment and keep detailed records of all work-related activities.
• Perform preventive and repair maintenance, including disassembling, replacing or repairing defective parts, rewiring, and reassembling as required on medical equipment.
• Perform equipment installs and de-installs as necessary.
• Provide customer support for equipment repair and troubleshooting.
• Clean and prepare parts and assemblies for service and refurbishing.
• Work and interact with current and prospective clients, other employees, sales representatives, vendors, medical personnel, guests, and visitors.
• Work with equipment to meet regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
