Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Production Technician to support antigen manufacturing operations in a regulated vaccine production environment in De Soto, KS. This temporary contract role suits someone with 1–2 years of manufacturing or related experience who can contribute to sterile processing and production activities.

The role involves equipment prep, fermentation and antigen processing support, and keeping clean, compliant work areas. Monday–Friday schedule; training provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in manufacturing or related field.
• Follows Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform hands-on work.
• Experience in sterile/regulatory environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sterilize, and prepare production equipment using steam and other aseptic or sterilization methods.
• Support upstream and downstream antigen processing activities within vaccine manufacturing.
• Assist with fermentation and processing workflows for bacterial antigens.
• Unbox, handle, stage, and move single-use materials and production supplies throughout warehouse and production areas.
• Prepare equipment, media components, and production areas for manufacturing runs.
• Maintain cleanroom, warehouse, and production areas through routine cleaning, housekeeping, and contamination prevention practices.
