Job summary

The Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Supervisor in Central Sterile Supply to ensure sterile trays, instruments, supplies and equipment are available for patient care areas. You will oversee daily operations and staffing, and support sterile processing workflow.

Qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Healthcare or related field, CRCST or CSPDT certification within six months of hire, and 3 years of experience (4–8 preferred).

Qualifications

• CRCST certification (HSPA) or CSPDT (CBSPD) within six months of hire.
• 3 years of relevant experience required.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervisor duties include ensuring sterile trays, instruments, supplies and equipment are available for distribution to patient care areas.
• Monitors compliance with sterilization policies and procedures and maintains records.
