The Supervisor, Central Sterile Supply monitors compliance with sterilization policies and procedures and record keeping.

Minimum Required Qualifications Associate's Degree in Healthcare or a related field. Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) or Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician certification (CSPDT) issued through The Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) within six months of hire. 3 years of relevant experience required. 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
