Job summary

Alcon in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Technician II for Sterile Production Operations. You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, manage raw materials and finished products, and assist on packaging as needed.

This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and fluent English. The position is onsite, Monday through Friday, 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm, with travel expectations low and sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent reading, writing, understanding and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Handle, operate, maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment (e.g., autoclaves, ovens, stills, filtration and sterile filling).
• Manage raw materials and finished products, ensuring accurate records and inventory control.
• Perform general maintenance and support on the packaging floor as production needs require.
• Follow SOPs and GMP requirements; participate in quality checks and process improvements.
• Complete required training and maintain compliance documentation.
