The role emphasizes safety, environmental compliance, and Right First Time culture while coordinating with indirect staff and reporting monthly metrics and action plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years pharma manufacturing/processing experience.
• 4+ years in operations management, quality, technical operations/engineering or maintenance.
• Lean knowledge and audits experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of production staff; set priorities and coordinate with other supervisors.
• Resolve day-to-day quality/technical/operational problems; make policy-aligned decisions with oversight.
• Operate within budget/financial objectives and uphold GMP and safety compliance.
• Establish Right First Time by reducing waste and reviewing compliance documents as needed.
• Own shift supply metrics (schedule adherence, on-time release, customer service, lead times).
• Lead continuous improvement: Production System culture, monthly metrics, and improvement initiatives.
• Coach and evaluate direct reports; support talent management for the team.
