United Surgical Partners International, Inc. is seeking a Certified Sterile Processing Technician (CSPT) at New Salem Surgery Center in Murfreesboro, TN. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, holidays, or on-call obligations, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

The position supports diverse surgical specialties and patient safety. You will decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and sterilize instruments, maintain sterile supplies, and enforce strict infection

Qualifications

• CSPDT or CRCST certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of sterile processing experience, preferably in a surgical setting.
• Longevity in past roles is valued.
• Strong knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.
• Maintain and track sterile supplies to support a variety of surgical specialties.
