Tryfacta is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician (SPT) for our client in Dublin, OH 43016. This is a 13-WEEK contract assignment. Job Title: Sterile Processing Technician (SPT). Location: Dublin, OH 43016. Work hours: 40 hrs weekly.

Schedule: Day Shift 6AM – 2:30PM. Pay rate: $31-33/hr. Responsibilities include decontamination, instrument assembly, sterilization (Steam/Sterrad), and high-level disinfection. Travel between OSU locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sterile processing experience.
• Travel experience preferred.
• Certification required: CBSPD or CRCST/IAHCSMM.
• Experience with decontamination and sterilization.
• Experience with CensiTrac tracking.

Responsabilités

• Decontaminate surgical instruments and equipment.
• Assemble instrument trays across surgical specialties.
• Perform steam and Sterrad sterilization and high-level disinfection.
• Maintain sterile storage and proper packaging of instruments.
• Coordinate with operating room teams and track instruments.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Job Overview: Seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Technician with at least 3 years of experience and previous travel experience. Candidates must have strong decontamination, high-level disinfection, instrument assembly, and sterilization skills.
• Responsibilities:
• Decontaminate surgical instruments, drills, robotic equipment, and scopes.
• Assemble instrument trays across multiple surgical specialties, including trauma and loaner instruments.
• Perform steam and Sterrad sterilization, high-level disinfection, and scope reprocessing.
• Maintain sterile storage and ensure proper packaging and handling of instruments.
• Track instruments using CensiTrac and coordinate with operating room teams.
• Float between OSU locations as required.
• Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of sterile processing experience and previous travel experience.
• CBSPD or CRCST/IAHCSMM certification required.
• Teaching hospital and Level II trauma experience required.
• High-level disinfection, flexible endoscope reprocessing, and steam/Sterrad sterilization experience.
• CensiTrac tracking experience preferred.
