Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a Central Service Technician to maintain standards for set assembly, decontamination, inspection, and sterilization of surgical instruments. You will prepare sterile instrument sets, collaborate with Perioperative Nursing staff, and ensure efficient workflow while delivering outstanding service.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, and completion of a Central Services Processing or Surgical Tech program, or equivalent experience.

Qualificações

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of a Central Services Processing or Surgical Tech program required.
• In lieu of certification, prior experience as a Central Service or Surgical Tech required.

Responsabilidades

• Sterilize, assemble and store medical supplies and equipment.
• Provide sterile instrument sets and equipment in a timely manner in collaboration with Perioperative Nursing staff.
