The role requires a high school diploma (vocational sterile processing or surgical tech preferred), CRCST/CSBPD/CST or BLS certification, and any related experience.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of vocational program in Central Sterile Processing or surgical tech.
• Certification: CRCST, CSPDT, or CST from listed bodies.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in surgical or central sterile processing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and sterilize equipment for patient procedures.
• Receive, process, stock, and distribute supplies.
• Transport instruments and case carts to departments.
• Set up decontamination and assembly workstations.
• Maintain logs and documentation; ensure infection control.
• Provide reliable customer service to internal departments.
