Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Disassembles, cleans, sterilizes, reassembles and packages sterile supplies per specs or manufacturer instructions.
• Uses appropriate sterilization method for various instrumentation.
• Operates washers, sterilizers, ultrasonic machines and EO sterilizers during procedures.
• Adheres to instrument counts and sterile storage guidelines.
• Follows safety protocols to prevent injuries and maintains records of daily activities.
• Transports sterile supplies to surgical and clinical locations and assists in inventory.
