Lakeview Hospital in Stillwater, MN is hiring a Sterile Processing Technician for a 0.2 FTE day/evening shift. The role involves cleaning, decontaminating, and sterilizing instrumentation for the OR and other departments.

Responsibilities include maintaining accuracy of sterilization records, coordinating with repair vendors, and monitoring autoclaves. Certification within one year is required or in progress; prior sterile processing coursework is preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification: CSPDT or CRCST within 1 year of hire date (or already obtained).
• Coursework in sterile processing or equivalent experience is desirable.

Mansioni

• Clean, decontaminate, and sterilize all instrumentation for the OR and hospital departments.
• Complete records for the sterilization process accurately.
• Monitor autoclaves and coordinate maintenance as needed.
