Job summary

Kadlec Regional Medical Center is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to support cleaning, sterilizing, and assembling instruments, and to prepare case carts for surgical procedures.

Qualifications

• Must obtain listed Central Service certifications within 1 year of hire.
• Ability to perform cleaning, sterilizing, and assembling of surgical instruments.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sterilize, and assemble surgical instruments; wrap instruments and case carts.
• Restock supplies and instrumentation; assist with patient care team as needed.

Education

National Certified Registered Central Service Technician - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association within 1 year of hire

National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution within 1 year of hire
