Qualifications

• Associates Degree in related healthcare field preferred.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift greater than 50 pounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, decontaminates, inspects, assembles, sterilizes, and transports equipment.
• Cleans and sterilizes a wide range of surgical instruments and supplies.
• Operates sterilizing equipment and related machinery.
• Maintains sterilization records and uses tracking software.
• Performs quality testing on sterilizers and devices.
• Assists with packaging and labeling per procedures.

Skills

Prior technician experience preferred
