Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years experience as Central Sterile Technician
• Central Supply Certified certification (preferred)
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate

Responsibilities

• Decontamination, preparation, and sterilization of Central Sterile trays, instruments, and equipment.
• Inventory management and restocking of supplies; data entry and patient charge card batching.
• Demonstrates knowledge of all department locations within the facility and access to all departments.
• Maintains clear verbal and written communication and attention to patient supplies and equipment.

Education

Two years experience as Central Sterile Technician

Central Supply Certified

Current BLS (AHA) certificate
