Job summary

Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA is seeking a CRCST-certified Central Sterile Technician to join the sterile processing team. You will process and sterilize surgical instruments, manage case carts, and ensure sterile supplies are ready for patient care.

The role requires at least 1 year of central sterile reprocessing experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and CRCST certification. This is a full-time, on-site position with a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in central sterile reprocessing.
• CRCST certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent and registration as a CST.

Responsibilities

• Process and supply sterilized linens, equipment, and supplies for hospital use.
• Perform quality control tests on steam, Sterrad, and gas sterilizers.
• Assemble packages and trays; load and operate autoclave for sterilization.
• Case cart assembly and picking; maintain a clean processing area.
• Cross-train to support other General Services duties as directed.
