Job summary

SurgCenter Pima Crossing, part of United Surgical Partners International Inc (USPI), is seeking a Sterile Processing Tech to join our team in Tucson, AZ.

The successful candidate will maintain and care for surgical instruments and prepare supplies for surgery cases. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of Sterile Processing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of Sterile Processing experience.
• Completion of a Sterile Process Certification program is preferred.
• Experience with all types of sterilizers.
• Knowledge of operating room instrumentation and procedures.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and departmental supply items.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions.
