Qualifications

• Successful completion of a sterile processing course, or equivalent education/experience.
• 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Within 18 months of hire: CST/Certification in Sterile Processing and Distribution.

Responsibilities

• Clean, inspect, maintain and properly sterilize instrumentation and equipment.
• Distribute sterile supplies for surgical cases and other procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments and act as a patient safety advocate.
