Job summary

Qualifications

• CRCST or CSPDT certification must be obtained within 2 years of start date.
• 1 year experience in sterile processing preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and organize surgical instruments and supplies according to safety standards.
• Monitor sterilization cycles, document results, and resolve issues to ensure safe care.
• Prepare and organize instrument trays and surgical rooms based on daily schedule.
• Safely handle and dispose of biohazardous materials and keep the work area clean.
• Collaborate with nurses and surgeons to support smooth, efficient surgeries.
