Job summary

HonorHealth in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician (CSPD) to decontaminate, prep and sterilize instrumentation and equipment for the OR. You will assemble case carts and ensure proper documentation to support the perioperative team.

The role requires 2 years of sterile processing experience and a High School Diploma or GED. Preferred is completion of 400 hours of sterile processing training or enrollment in a training program. Day shift, with a potential bonus up to $7,500.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in sterile processing.
• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: 400 hours of sterile processing internship or enrolled in training program.

Responsibilities

• Decontamination of instrumentation and medical equipment.
• Assembles, preps and packs instrumentation and trays, inspects for cleanliness and function.
• Sterilizes instruments following procedures and monitors validation parameters.
• Case cart assembly and sterile storage to support perioperative teams.
