Job summary

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC seeks Sterile Processing Technicians to support the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center at 921 Northeast 13th St. Oklahoma City, OK 73104. Roles cover weekdays, weekends, and holidays; schedules may change at the direction of Ansible or its customers.

Candidates must have CRCST or equivalent training or documented SPS experience, and AHA BLS certification. The work involves asepsis, autoclaving, reprocessing reusable medical equipment, and operating room

Qualifications

• CRCST certification or equivalent in sterile processing.
• Evidence of 2+ years SPS experience or related OR training.
• Familiarity with autoclaving, HLD systems, and instrument reprocessing.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions, maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain asepsis and proper sterilization techniques for all items.
• Operate steam autoclaves and chemical sterilization processes.
• Record results of sterilization tests and ensure equipment readiness.
• Handle, clean, and reprocess reusable medical equipment per procedures.
• Understand anatomy, terminology, and sterile processing workflows.

Education

CRCST certification

CRCST training program with 2 years SPS experience

Operating Room Technician training with 2 years SPS experience

US military Surgical Technician training with 2 years SPS experience

VA Level 2 SPS certification with 2 years experience

5 years SPS hands-on experience (non-certified)
