Qualifications

• Experience in sterile processing or healthcare is preferred but not required.
• Certification within two years of hire: IAHCSMM/HSPA or CBSPD.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, disinfect, and sterilize instruments per standards.
• Assemble surgical trays and instrument sets with accuracy.
• Wrap, label, and prepare trays for sterilization and transport.
• Maintain organized inventory of instruments, implants, and supplies.
• Communicate shortages or damaged instruments to teams.
• Support surgical teams to ensure instruments are available as needed.
