Job summary

Logan Health Medical Center is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join our Kalispell, Montana team. You will master instrument setup, anticipate surgeon needs, and maintain a sterile field while collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists and other team members to deliver patient-centered care.

Candidates should have at least two years of experience or AST certification, and hold current AHA BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience or certification required.

Responsibilities

• Arrange instruments for procedures to maximize efficiency.
• Anticipate surgeon needs and support smooth procedures.
• Maintain a sterile field and aseptic technique.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists and team members.
• Set up and evaluate equipment for proper operation.
• Participate in counts and handling of surgical specimens.
• Assist with patient transfer and post-op care.
