United Surgical Partners International, Inc is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to maintain all surgical instrumentation and scopes, and to set up supplies for upcoming cases.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, computer skills, SPD/scope processing experience preferred, and knowledge of OR instrumentation. The role emphasizes teamwork, documentation, and adapting to changing patient conditions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Computer skills required.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification preferred.
• SPD and scope processing experience preferred.
• Knows operating room instrumentation.
• Organized in setting up operating room instrument tray.
• Understands operation of steam/ gravity sterilizer.
• Ability to prepare reports and keep records.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and departmental supply items is required.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed.
• Must be an excellent team player and communicate with staff, patients and physicians.
