Qualifications

• Current professional certification with HSPA or CBSPD.
• 3–5 years of Sterile Processing experience preferred.
• Experience implementing systems in healthcare environments preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory bodies impacting Sterile Processing and Operating Rooms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, computer systems, and software products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite education and training for Sterile Processing staff.
• Assemble instrument trays and packs according to standards.
• Operate steam and Sterrad sterilizers and document loads.
• Build case carts using Epic case lists.
• Perform quality control checks and document sterilization records.
