Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ year in Sterile Processing or related clinical role.
• English language literacy to follow instructions and communicate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package surgical instruments for sterilization.
• Follow sterile processing procedures and count sheets for instrument prep.
• Identify damaged tools and report for repair.
• Assemble, wrap, and label instruments for sterilization.
• Operate and monitor cleaning/sterilization equipment safely.
• Maintain records of equipment and supplies; assist with inventory.
• Adhere to infection control standards and hospital policies.
• Support professional growth and teamwork within the department.
