Job summary

Salem Health in Salem, OR is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to join our Hospital Department of Sterile Processing. This full-time evening shift role supports life-saving care by ensuring instruments are ready for surgical teams.

You will decontaminate, prepare, and sterilize items, assemble carts, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Certifications CRCST or CSPDT are required to ensure top-quality patient care.

• Assemble and prepare case carts efficiently and independently.
• Handle and organize surgical trays, instruments, and drillsfor proper assembly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, identifying and addressing safety hazards.

Schedule: Evening Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
