Qualifications

• Ability to clean, sterilize, assemble, and store medical supplies and equipment according to established standards and procedures.
• Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Knowledge of surgical instrumentation, sterilization practices, and instrument set assembly.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English effectively at job level.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification within 1 year as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Follow Hospital Safety and Infection Prevention policies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees.
