Qualifications

• Current CRCST/CST certification or willingness to become certified within 2 years.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Perioperative care involvement and adherence to approved policies for instrument processing.
• Strong technical skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wash, disinfect, and process instruments, equipment, and supplies per policies.
• Collaborate with the Central Sterile team to support cohesive patient care.
• Participate in in-house training and development opportunities.
