Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required or treated as minimum.
• 1-2 years of Sterile Processing experience is needed.
• Sterile Process Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with all types of sterilizers is expected.
• Knowledge of operating room instrumentation and procedures is desirable.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and departmental supply items is helpful.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions.
