Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, inspections, and sterilization techniques per established SPC standards.
• Maintain instrument sets to ensure cleanliness, completeness, function, and sterility.
• Maintain knowledge of instrument sets, configurations, and supplies.
• Document sterilization processes in log books.
• Carefully use supplies and liners to support quality care and cost efficiency.
• Mentor new employees and share knowledge as a preceptor.
• Support teamwork, resolve conflicts, and provide excellent customer service to VVMC patients.
• Model Just Culture and Organizational Values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
